If you wish to vote, you must cast your vote by post or email following the instructions in the “How to vote and proxy form” which can also be downloaded from this page.  Votes must be received by 7:30pm on Monday 7th September – you will not be able to vote during the meeting.

This will allow the executive officers to ensure a full answer can be given at the meeting.  The executive officers will take additional questions during the meeting, subject to the time available.
